BONSAI APARTMENTS
Bonsai apartments are situated on the island of Samos. One of the strong attributes is its location: Constructed directly on the beautiful beach of Potokaki, 2Km from Pythagorion, 10 minutes from the airport.
The real charm of the construction is strongly based on the logic of its general plan. Entirely turned towards the beach, seemingly adaptable, preserves the independence of each module of dwelling while ensuring with its patio and its passages towards the sea or the street easy circulation in the interior and towards the exterior. The same plan was conceived to be evolutionary and adaptable to various functions foreseen for the building: for instance, a small hotel complex, a luxurious personal property or a very beautiful establishment of leisure or trade. What also clearly defines the value of the complex is the great quality of its construction and its execution. It impresses by the quality of the materials employed. The walls are built out of traditional brick, the roof is tiled, and the floor is covered in very beautiful white marble brought from Athens. As for the installations and facilities they were subject to solid and respectful investments of ecology: electricity, plumbing, double-glazing, air-conditioning, solar heaters. All the interior circuit of central heating is installed in the walls and under the flooring. Surface of the building 414.36m2 and with land of 300m2 also offering various possibilities of enlargement (restaurant and bar facilities on the beach).
